With training and meditation a Shinobi is able to expand their Chakra Reserves, thereby gaining additional chakra. The Shinobi increases their Chakra Reserves by one rank.
Kettou Kekkei (Ranton)

Kettou Kekkei or Duel Bloodline is the Special Ability that allows a Shinobi to have two Advanced Natures through Bloodline Limits. This requires that the Shinobi possess three (3) chakra natures. They must also have trained extensively over a long period of time. The Shinobi must also possess an existing Kekkei Genkai. They are then able to use the teaching and art of simultaneous activation of the previous Kekkei Genkai to gain a second one, and formulate jutsu with the second Advanced Element.

This Special Ability allows the Shinobi to dodge attacks and projectiles more easily through extensive training. Their overall evasiveness increases by 45% and they are now slightly more evasive. They now possess perfect evasive talents, allowing them to perform a limitless array of stunts and maneuvers to escape attacks. The Shinobi becomes much more nimble and agile, able to read enemy movements and dodge chains of attacks and numerous projectiles in their prime.

Description: This takes the Raiton Kage Bushin to an even more advanced level. The shadow clone is made of a flowing current of controlled lightning. As such the clone is semi-solid and forceful hits will pass through with harmful results. Making contact with this clone will cause the lightning composing it to conduct through what interpenetrates it, making it hazardous to melee combatants either bare handed or typical kenjutsu using. Non-metalic objects like wood are less susceptible to the current usually resulting in only burned wood, a slightly weakened object. It can travel through conductive object including metal doors giving him the appearance of walking through it or disappearing into something, this counts as a "hit" for it's stability The clone can only take five hits. The exception being water which will disperse the clone in one hit (making it electrified water) if it is a B-Rank or higher, two if C-Rank,the clone's form is stable against D-Rank water justsu up to it's normal hits. shinobi specialized in water jutsu may have a varied result.If destroyed by normal means the Ranton Clone will destructively disperses' as a torrent of energy that unleashes beams of lightning in all directions within an area of 3 meters. This technique take a significant amount of Chakra. Izumo uses this as apart of his opening tactic against high-threat opponents.

Description:  The users gathers a large amount of chakra into their mouth, kneading and converting it into their Jinraiton chakra before expelling it. The chakra takes the form of a large blast wave, which is nearly invisible to the eye save for the distortion in the air that it causes. The blast is the result of sonic boom and thus travels at great speeds. It is able to knock opponents away with great force and causing critical damage. The power of the jutsu could split through rock, and thus the damage dealt to one's hearing is also painful. As with most of the Inazuma Clan's jutsu, the deafening effects are non-discriminatory and thus the user can suffer loss of hearing as well. Once released, the aim of the blast wave cannot be changed.

Description:
The user creates several bright beams and fires them at the enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from the user's hands as this technique is activated. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of missiles to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Description:
The user creates a numerous amount of shadow clones from one shuriken. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with Ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible. this can be performed with Senbon, Shuriken, or Kunai and other projectile weapons.

Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water. It has a maximum range of 8 meters.

To better manage the lightning the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control its duration and accuracy.

After a string of 18 handseals is executed, the user allows his chakra to harmonize with the Raiton release. In a brilliant flash the user's body is covered in their own Raiton chakra. After a few seconds, it will leave the user's body coated with a protective layer of lightning, increasing defense from lower level general Ninjutsu and Taijutsu strikes, as well as rendering the user almost impervious to bladed weaponry and Earth techniques of equal level. The duration of the jutsu is roughly 2 minutes and this drains a fare amount of chakra

This jutsu requires the user to be on the surface of the water and the target(s) to be under the water, as the formation of sharks can not come above the surface.
Gōryūka no Jutsu :: Great Dragon Fire Technique

Description:
The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Description:
The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder ash from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu :: Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description:
Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person since the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. Any extra chakra the clone has when it disperses is also returned to the original. Because of the manner in which the clones are created, the user must divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all of their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones.

A simple but effective technique. The user charges electricity in their palm, causing sparks to pop and jump around their palm. The electricity takes the shape of a shuriken. Because of the nature of the Raiton chakra, this shuriken will be propelled faster and farther than a normal shuriken and it will also cut deeper and will numb the surrounding tissue of a living target, rendering that limb or portion of the body immobile for a short time.

Raikyuu is a basic Ninjutsu technique of Raiton nature. By simply concentrating chakra into the palm of their hand or the tip of their weapons, the user can hurl a concentrated sphere of lightning towards an opponent. A successful strike from this could render an opponent’s body numbed for a short time, and if repeated successfully, possibly temporarily paralyzed. However these effects do not stack. Relatively easy to use, this jutsu provides little chakra drain.

Description:
The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description:
The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flamethrower. This technique requires more than average chakra reserves.
Hekireki Bunshin no Jutsu :: Thunder Clone Technique

Description:  The user creates a clone that consists of their Jinraiton chakra. The clone takes on the original appearance of the user, much like a regular Bunshin no Jutsu clone. However, when struck by a powerful blow the clone dissipates. Upon doing so, the Thunderclap chakra is release, producing an ear-splitting peal of thunder, the epicenter of which is located directly where the clone was dissipated. This can serve to knock opponents back and damage their hearing temporarily.

Description:
This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Description:
An immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled Shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact". Thus, when used on a target, massive damage can be accomplished with just a single blow. A drawback to this jutsu is that such chakra control is taxing on the user if the jutsu is used in succession.

Description:
A derivative of the Cherry Blossom Impact, this technique is simply a falling axe kick. The user concentrates chakra into their heel instead of their fist, and strikes the enemy. A drawback to this jutsu is that such chakra control is taxing on the user if the jutsu is used in succession.

Description:
Drench is a technique that is very self explanatory. The user performs the hand seal and, depending on skill level, manipulates a body of water or creates water that is then splashed down on the target. The speed of the water is not fast enough to cause damage or even move the target, as the goal of this jutsu is not to cause harm. Instead, the jutsu aims at getting the target extremely wet for use with other jutsu. In some cases this allows a Shinobi to follow up with a lightning nature jutsu. Since water conducts electricity, this effectively helps with the minute aiming of the lightning jutsu and it's effectiveness

This technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand.

Description:
This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a Shinobi can use.

Description:
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. These illusions however have been shown to be easily distinguishable by persons with ocular jutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description:
This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Shinobi Academy, and most Shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the
best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.
