Chakra Based

Description:
With training, meditation, and/or instruction from a Sage, a Shinobi is able to sense, gather, and harness natural energy and enter a physical state known as Sage Mode. While in Sage Mode, the user is able to apply natural energy to their existing Jutsu thus creating Senjutsu (Sage Techniques). There are two types of Sage Mode: Those taught by a Summoning Contract Sage, denoted by the user taking on small physical characteristics of the Summoned Species. Secondly, Innate Sage Mode, in which the user's appearance is only changed by gaining colored marking that adorn their faces and bodies. The appearance is the only trait that sets these two types of Sage Mode apart. Sage mode is limited to the time that it can be active, based upon the time that one spends gather natural energy. For every one (1) post the user makes in which they are completely still, gathering natural energy uninterrupted, they are able to utilize Sage mode for two (2) posts. Furthermore, Sage Mode can only be activated three (3) times in any given thread/battle. Shadow Clones are the only Clone Techniques able to gather natural energy for the original user and are also able to enter Sage Mode. Upon dispersal of a Shadow Clone in Sage Mode, the  user gains the natural energy as well as the chakra back from the clone. Thus, learning to utilize Shadow Clones in the gathering of natural energy could be beneficial to mastering Sage Mode. There are other benefits and limitations to Sage Mode and these are as follows:

  • Senjutsu Chakra is not able to be viewed by anyone aside from other practitioners of Sage Mode.
  • The user's physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, perception and durability dramatically increase.
  • The user's ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful.
    • This is denoted by the prefix (Senpō :: Sage Art) being placed in front of the chosen technique
    • Any one user may have up to five (5) techniques that are capable of becoming Senpō :: Sage Arts.
    • Such techniques are always considered to be of S-Rank.
    • Only Techniques of at least B-Rank are capable of becoming Senpō :: Sage Arts.
    • Such techniques are limited to the number of times they may be utilized, based on the derived Jutsu's rank, before the technique disperses the user's current Sage Mode.
      • Derived Jutsu of S-Rank = One (1) Sage Art use
      • Derived Jutsu of A-Rank = Two(2) Sage Art uses
      • Derived Jutsu of B-Rank = Three(3) Sage Art uses

  • The user gains the ability to sense chakra around them.
  • In order to gather enough natural energy to initiate the transformation into Sage Mode, the user must remain perfectly still. Because of that, the user can be an easy target for an opponent.
  • Because the user needs to move during combat, the senjutsu chakra cannot be replenished during combat, which means the user can't stay within this state for extended periods of time.
  • After Sage Mode has ended, the user appears to experience exhaustion.

Description:
Kettou Kekkei or Duel Bloodline is the Special Ability that allows a Shinobi to have two Advanced Natures through Bloodline Limits. This requires that the Shinobi possess three (3) chakra natures. They must also have trained extensively over a long period of time. The Shinobi must also possess an existing Kekkei Genkai. They are then able to use the teaching and art of simultaneous activation of the previous Kekkei Genkai to gain a second one, and formulate jutsu with the second Advanced Element.
A Shinobi may not have more than two (2) Kekkei Genkai.

This Special Ability can only apply to one Advanced Nature Kekkei Genkai.

Description:
This Special Ability allows the Shinobi to perform hand seals faster than before, through extensive training. Essentially, this skill is the practice of moving and manipulating one's hands with expert efficiency, to the point where the human eye cannot follow them clearly. Depending upon the amount of hand seals required for any specific technique, a Shinobi could perform the string of handseals in a matter of seconds. This effectively cuts preparation time for some jutsu in half. Some jutsu may even take mere seconds to utilize. The user may also draw seals and draw and unsheathe weapons faster as well.

Shinsei Kusarigama no Honō :: Sacred Kusarigama of Flame is a special kusarigama of the Uchiha Clan. It consists of a curved blade of chakra-infused tempered steel measuring four feet (4ft / 121.92 centimeters) in total length and two feet (2ft / 60.96 centimeters) in width. It is sharpened on the inner-curving side. The Uchiha Clan symbol is engraved on the blades outer curve. The hilt of the blade is longer than most kusarigama. It consists of steel wrapped in lacquered wood and measures four feet (4ft / 121.92 centimeters) in total length. An ornamental tsuba separates the blade from the wrapped grip of the hilt. At the end of the hilt begins the typical chain of the kusarigama. This measures twelve feet (12ft / 365.76 centimeters) in length and is made of chakra-infused steel. On the end of the chain rests a bladed weight made of chakra-infused tempered steel. The Shinsei Kusarigama no Honō :: Sacred Kusarigama of Flame is able to conduct chakra through all parts of the weapon save for the hilt. However, due to the precise construction of the weapon and a special seal placed on it by the Uchiha smith who originally created it, only a member of the Uchiha Clan is able to flow their chakra through the weapon and even then only Katon chakra may be flowed into it. The weapon rejects all other elemental chakra and non-Uchiha users. It is because of this amazing trait that the weapon was dubbed Shinsei Kusarigama no Honō :: Sacred Kusarigama of Flame.

A Senjutsu derivative of the Kagutsuchi :: Flame Control technique, created by Akira. With his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan activated and thus utilizing his Enton and Senjutsu chakra, Akira manipulates the black flames of Amaterasu to surround his body, effectively creating a shield made of the Black Flames. Completely surrounding Akira, the flames burn with great intensity. The entirety of his concentration is needed in order to keep the flames burning in only an outward direction, thus protecting him from the flames. While this would normally put him at risk from outward attacks, the armor of flames act as an aggressive defense. Coming into contact with an object or opponent will cause the flames to spread and consume on contact. A significant attack can breach the flaming armor, though at the risk of coming into contact with the Black Flames. A powerful Wind-based technique could cause the flames to enrage or blow away long enough to create an opening. In this same manner, Akira would have to concentrate more on that portion of the armor in order to keep the flames under control and thus not burn him. Sound-based techniques and Genjutsu could also be an effective way of distracting Akira in the hopes of causing him to lose control or disperse the flames entirely. As with the parent jutsu, Akira can quell the flames with his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan though this jutsu requires much concentration in order to do so. As with all Senjutsu-derived techniques, this can only be used one time in total before the user's Sage Mode will disperse.

He then simultaneously condenses the water drill as it spins, thus making it's killing and maiming ability greater. Finally, Akira can extend the length of the drill to an extent so that it can meet a target, catching them in the jutsu. This uses a large volume of water and the drill can only extend to a maximum of 5 meters. As with all Senjutsu-derived techniques, this can only be used one time in total before the user's Sage Mode will disperse.

The mud is manipulated to rush upward while forming the shape of a serpent-like dragon. Coiling in on itself, the dragon reaches heights that dwarf larger buildings. Consisting entirely of mud and earthen-material the dragon crashes down on the area below, encasing those trapped within in the mud that it consists of. The user is able to thicken the mud and trap their opponents within it in order to immobilize or bury them in an earthen grave. As with all Senjutsu-derived techniques, this can only be used three times in total before the user's Sage Mode will disperse.

Description: This is a technique which applies Shape Transformation to the black flames of Amaterasu, allowing the user to manipulate them at will. This technique also allows the user to extinguish these flames. The user can shape the flames of Amaterasu into different constructs, for both offense and defense. This includes defensive encampments by manipulating the flames to cover themselves; Barriers of spike-shaped flames can be created to not only shield the user, but also burn and pierce any opponent that touches it; The flames can be wielded in the user's own hand without being incinerated and can be manipulated into a flexible sword, as well as flaming spike-shaped projectiles from the blade for a long-ranged attack. There are near limitless possibilities (within reason) in terms of the constructs one can create and this jutsu can be used as a deriving method for other jutsu.

Description:  This expands on the original concept for the Rasengan; mixing one's chakra element with the Rasengan, emphasizing the combination of the highest forms of Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation. The user mixes their Katon chakra with the Rasengan, maintaining its original stability and increasing its destructive power, far beyond that of an ordinary Rasengan. This technique looks fairly similar to an ordinary Rasengan, though wisps of flame surround the spiraling mass of chakra. When striking an opponent with this technique, the flames serve to burn the opponent while the rotation of the technique grinds them into the opponent as well.

Description:  A Collaboration Ninjutsu performed with Sanji of the Oni Summoning Contract. Utilizing of the combined power of Akira's Katon and Sanji's Fūton results in an intense battle-field control technique. Both participants spew fire and air from their mouths, respectively and manipulate the resulting stream of wildfire to surround the target(s) in a swirling vortex of flames. The flames burn wildly and rage uncontrollably once unleashed, serving to trap the target(s) in one area as they rise to great heights and burn with the ferocity of hell. The tempest can continue to rage for as long as Akira and Sanji can keep their chakra flowing, allowing any allies to strike from safely outside of the vortex or as a simple means of keeping the opponent confined to one area.

Description:
This jutsu is performed with either a very large, existing source of water or by creating a large amount of water. Either way, the water is manipulated in a such a way so that it is hurled at the opponent, swallowing them up. This initial part of the jutsu uses a large amount of water, roughly the size of a large lake. It extends to a circumference of roughly 18 meters. Once the target or multiple targets, are caught in the raging water Akira begins to churn the water, causing it to swirl at great speeds. The outer portion of the boundary swirls in the opposite direction from the inner portion, thus pushing any who attempt to try and swim out of the jutsu back to the center. The swirling water picks up speed in a matter of seconds and a massive whirlpool drags the targets under the water. He then causes the outer boundary of water to converge with the top of the whirlpool, above the opponent, which begins to crash down upon them in an attempt to keep them forced under. The converging water takes the shape of a large Sperm Whale as it crashes into the opponent. This signifies Akira's chakra causing the density of the crashing water above to increase. In total, the depth of the jutsu can reach a maximum of 15 meters as the water begins to tower over itself, which is a testament to just how much water this jutsu utilizes to begin with. The crashing whale attempts to smash those trapped within the vortex below. The jutsu can be dispersed at any moment by Akira, at which point the water will rush away with the shape of the land and cover the area.

Description: The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be "the fires from hell", ignite at the focus of the user's vision. The flames are capable of burning through most anything in their path, even smothering regular fire techniques with ease. Amaterasu is said to never stop burning; even when whatever is caught by the Amaterasu is completely reduced to ash or destroyed, it can still continue burning for seven days and seven nights. It cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, sometimes allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. This jutsu on it's own cannot be controlled or manipulated. As the base jutsu of the Blaze Release, the flames of Amaterasu run wild on their own. Even one use of this technique puts a great deal of strain on the user, usually causing their eyes to bleed regardless of whether or not they possess the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

Description:
This technique is counted among the strongest Yuton jutsu. After performing the 15 hand seals the user slams their hand on the ground before them. Flowing their chakra into the ground in order to manipulate natural deposits of petroluem, the user creates a giant whale made of oil. The whale crashes down upon those caught beneath it, causing great destruction and spreading the oil it consisted of around the vicinity. As with all Yuton techniques, a follow up Katon (Fire Release) technique can be used to ignite the oil.

Description:
A Ninjutsu that uses the Fire Element to create a Kage Bunshin. When the Katon: Kage Bunshin is destroyed, it explodes radially into a fiery blast. It still requires half of the user's chakra to make such a clone.

Description:
By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed, trapping the target within an illusion completely under the user's control. With enough skill the user is able to alter the perception of time within the Genjutsu, resulting in the victim suffering psychological trauma that incapacitates them for a considerable period of time. The illusion can consist of any sort of torture that the user can think up for their opponent. Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages however. Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary and an added amount of stress is placed on the eyes. Furthermore, because of the complexity of the illusion it can only be cast on one individual at a time by any one user.

Using the principles of the Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Akira created a formula to mark Shadow Clones with so that he may summon them through a contract scroll. The formula requires that the Shadow Clone be marked and tied to the Summon Contract Formula with the same marking before the Shadow Clone is capable of being summoned. Akira often uses this technique to allow him to place Shadow Clones in safe areas, allowing them to gather natural energy. He then summons and disperses the Shadow Clone so that he may gain the natural energy quickly during battle, without putting himself at risk by staying still. In this manner he is able to enter Sage Mode quickly.

Description:
The Rasengan is a powerful A-rank technique invented by a several Shinobi who observed the destructive force of the Nine Tailed Demons. These Shinobi spent several years developing the Rasengan; their plan was to take the shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point" and then combine it with a basic elemental nature affinity, creating a technique that did not need the aid of time-consuming hand seals to control. However, on shape transformation alone, the Rasengan is still a very useful, powerful, versatile, and difficult technique to learn and master. The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target spiraling backward after being hit or, if the target is lying on the ground or being launched to the ground, the destructive force is enough to form a crater. The Rasengan was designed to use the caster's elemental affinities. Because of the difficulty of this, any derived jutsu can only be of the basic 5 elemental affinities and are sure to be of S-Rank.

Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person since the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. Any extra chakra the clone has when it disperses is also returned to the original. Because of the manner in which the clones are created, the user must divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all of their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones. One division (one clone) will lower the Chakra rank for the user and the clone by one (1) rank and any further clones created will do the same. Thus, if a user has a chakra rank of SS and creates a Shadow Clone, both the clone and the user will then have Chakra Ranks of S until the clone is dispersed. In this manner, even very powerful Shinobi are only able to create three (3) to four (4) clones without themselves and the clones becoming very weak.

This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A total of 100 ninja tools can be stored within any one sealing mark, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer.

Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.

Description:
The Summoning Technique is a Space–Time Ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or other things across long distances instantly. One method involves just hand seals and blood. With this, before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo, which is signed in the contractor's own blood and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood (biting the summoner's finger being the most common way to obtain blood), and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village. Summoning can also serve as a base for other techniques. Additionally, items can be "summoned" from scrolls. Because the items are not summoned from anywhere, instead only being released from storage, no blood is needed and thus it is not a conventional summoning.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. These illusions however have been shown to be easily distinguishable by persons with ocular jutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description:
This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Shinobi Academy, and most Shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Sanji is the greatest of the Uchiha Clan Oni and the personal summon of Uchiha, Akira. Sanji has been comrades with Akira since a young age. The demon's attitude toward Akira is honorable and respectful as both have been friends sine their childhood. Sanji is an old soul; he is respectful of those who show him the same. His manners are over exaggerated. He bows low to those that deserve it. He possess great wisdom and intellect, but is also a feared warrior. He wields a spiked club and possess a natural affinity for Wind Elemental Chakra. He is stern and unforgiving, yet fair and enlightened. At times he can be overbearing and scornful if he thinks someone lacks common sense. He is one to take the initiative as well. Overall, the Oni is a loyal fighter, but a feared enemy.
