Chakra Control is key to preserving stamina which will increase vitality and enable one to use techniques to their fullest capacity. Chakra Control is essential Ninjutsu specialties, but is heavily coveted in the areas of Medical Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, which require good chakra control in order to perform proficiently. Those with Advanced Chakra Control are able to perform Medical Jutsu and Genjutsu more precisely, thereby reducing the amount of chakra such techniques require. Depending on the rank of this ability the Shinobi will be able to use less chakra to utilize equal or lesser techniques.
S - Chakra costs of Medical Jutsu and Genjutsu of S-rank and below are reduced by 25%

Description:
Genjutsu requires great intelligence and chakra control in order to perform. Genjutsu falls under a broad category of jutsu, titled 'Yin Release'. Those with superior talent in Genjutsu likewise have greater mastery of the Yin Release. Such mastery allows them to more accurately manipulate and tamper with the victim's flow of chakra to their brain, thereby creating more powerful illusions. This in turn makes the illusions more realistic, sometimes bypassing a persons perception. With this Special Ability, breaking out of Genjutsu is much harder for targets. Your illusions seem even more real than before and recognizing the Genjutsu can be hard even for those who also specialize in Genjutsu, but are not as proficient with the Yin Release. Likewise, you are able to see through illusions cast on you more easily as well.

Description:
Kekkei Tōta or Bloodline Selection is the Special Ability that allows a Shinobi to combine three Chakra Natures, thereby creating an entirely new element. Revered as the most powerful form of a combination element, only a select few Shinobi have ever been able to achieve this level of Advanced Nature Manipulation. This requires that the Shinobi possess three (3) chakra natures. They must also have trained extensively over a long period of time. The Shinobi must also possess an existing Kekkei Genkai. They are then able to use the teaching and art of simultaneous activation of the previous Kekkei Genkai to add the third to the combination, and formulate jutsu with the new Bloodline Selection Advanced Element. However, once they have achieved this technique, their chakra flow harmonizes in such a way so that they are no longer able to fuse their elements in any other way except for the ways in which they are currently able to do so. This simply means that once a Shinobi learns a bloodline selection they are not able to learn any other advanced nature after that. Thus, learning multiple advanced natures beforehand is beneficial. Description:: The final tier of the Glass Shuriken technique, this ability allows Fei to multiply the number of petals she makes by a factor of one hundred. Like the lesser version, these variants take on the shape of sakura petals, their reflective nature catching the sunlight as they fill the sky with a blinding storm of petals. Also as with the lesser version, she is able to control their flight patterns within a 7.5 meter radius, enabling her to bypass some enemy defenses and possibly even utilize them as an improvised barrier.

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state, although this is usually undesirable.

Description:: A special ninjutsu based kenjutsu form created by Keitaro Yamada, utilizing a similar theory to the Hien technique. By channelling a small amount of chakra into his weapon during the formation stage of a jutsu, the user is able to transform it into a sort of focus for their ninjutsu similar in nature to a wizard’s staff. This allows them to conduct their jutsu through their blade as if it were an extension of their own body, enabling it to be used as a launching point for their techniques as if it were their hand or mouth. As a result they are able to extend the range of their close range jutsu by a significant margin, and it is usually prone to catching opponents off guard due to the unusual angle of the attack and its stange nature. Another trademark of this style is its use of one-handed seals. Seeing as one of the user’s hands is usually always occupied with holding their weapon, this combat form places a strong emphasis on high-speed single-handed seals so that they can still utilize their more potent abilities in spite of their handicap. It is unable to completely overcome this flaw unless the user has also taken the time to train themselves up to the point of possessing the Quick Hand-Seals feat, but it does negate the handicap by a fair margin without the added skill.

Description:
This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer.

Description: An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a blade — like a kunai or sword — by flowing chakra into it. The materialized chakra is shaped like a blade, that cuts up everything it touches. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It is possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements of this technique is a difficult task. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind chakra for offensive cutting power. This requires that the weapon conduct chakra.
Fire: The weapon will be surrounded by flame, though it will not melt, that can arc from the weapon during swings.
Water: The weapon will take on the traits of water and glow a bright aqua color. It will be able to bend and stretch in ways it could not previously, but it can reach no farther than it originally could.
Lightning: The weapon is surrounded by crackling electrical currents that arc from the weapon and can numb at the spot they come into contact with.
Wind: Blades of compressed wind circle the weapon, augmenting its attack power with each swing. If a weapon couldn't pierce skin before, expect it to now.
Earth: Earthen material encases the weapon, making it more sturdy than it previously was. The weapon will mostly likely deal immense blunt-force damage.

A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. By flowing one's chakra underground, one can tear the earth apart, creating large chasms. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm are all up to the user. Manipulating the fissure requires fine chakra control, but if one has such skill, they can use this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defenses, and even to attack. This length and breadth of the chasm are directly proportionate to the user's skill level.

The Summoning Technique is a Space–Time Ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or other things across long distances instantly. One method involves just hand seals and blood. With this, before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo, which is signed in the contractor's own blood and once signed is valid even after the contractors death. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood (biting the summoner's finger being the most common way to obtain blood), and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. When an animal is summoned it is transported from its place of residence to the summoner's location. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village. Summoning can also serve as a base for other techniques. Additionally, items can be "summoned" from scrolls. Because the items are not summoned from anywhere, instead only being released from storage, no blood is needed and thus it is not a conventional summoning.

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Shinobi Academy, and most Shinobi know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Chakra Nature: Katon
Description: Manda is the largest snake in the world, easily towering over buildings, trees, and large rock formations. Due to his length, he is even larger than Gamabunta and Katsuyu, of the Frog and Slug families respectively. He is colored purple, and has black rings running down intervals on his body. He also possesses massive fangs, though they are arranged in a way similar to that of a constrictor snake instead of a viper or other venomous snake species, presumably carrying venom in them from the way they were designed, and green eyes. He also had four horn-like protrusions on his head. He is very snobbish and proud, believing himself as a superior to everyone. He usually complains about the conditions he iss summoned into, and has been known on occasion to demanded that he be given human sacrifices as compensation for his help. Should he lose a battle, he has also been known to threaten the one who summoned him with some form of punishment during their next encounter.

He is far more forgiving then his father in temperament, and most find him much easier to work with because of this.

KatonDescription: Manda is the largest snake in the world, easily towering over buildings, trees, and large rock formations. Due to his length, he is even larger than Gamabunta and Katsuyu, of the Frog and Slug families respectively. He is colored purple, and has black rings running down intervals on his body. He also possesses massive fangs, though they are arranged in a way similar to that of a constrictor snake instead of a viper or other venomous snake species, presumably carrying venom in them from the way they were designed, and green eyes. He also had four horn-like protrusions on his head. He is very snobbish and proud, believing himself as a superior to everyone. He usually complains about the conditions he iss summoned into, and has been known on occasion to demanded that he be given human sacrifices as compensation for his help. Should he lose a battle, he has also been known to threaten the one who summoned him with some form of punishment during their next encounter.
