[TEMPLATE] Custom Tools

Below you will find the template for creating Custom Tools/Weapons. This must be used and filled out properly before any Custom Tool/Weapon will be reviewed. Make sure you include the name of the Tool/Weapon you are creating. This can range from the actual name of the object, to a given title bestowed upon the weapon for whatever reason. However, such a title does require a reason. You may not 'name' a weapon or tool simply for the sake of it. It is important to consider Rank when making custom weapons. Remember that only Weapons/Tools of B rank or above are able to conduct chakra in any manner. Also be mindful of the Weapon/Tool rank in regards to your character's rank.  If it posses any special characteristics, you are required to list and explain them. This includes chakra conduction and elemental absorption. Be sure that you give good reasoning for such abilities. Be sure to describe what the Weapon/Tool looks like and how it functions in great detail. This includes stating what is it made of, its length and width, weight, and combat functions.
